The encyclopedia of Latvian-Canadian Artists and Artisans was created and produced by Karina Mierins and Uldis Richard Lote for Latvia 100, with a foreward by Vaira Vīķe-Freiberga, President of the Republic of Latvia (1999-2007). Design by Balvis Rubess. The book is now in the collection of President Vīķe-Freiberga, the National Library of Latvia, and the National Gallery of Canada.
